Charles served in the U.S. Army for 8 years as a helicopter crew chief, gaining invaluable experience in aviation, maintenance, and operations. After his military service, he spent over 28 years in the aerospace industry with a major rocket company, contributing to the development and launch of several groundbreaking projects. With expertise in both aviation and aerospace, Charles became a respected leader, known for his problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence. Passionate about mentoring, he enjoys helping veterans and young professionals transition into new careers. Outside of work, Charles is an avid pickleball player, enjoying the sport’s competitive yet social nature. He cherishes time with his family, especially his wife, six children, and eight grandchildren, and loves creating lasting memories with them.
